Hey everyone! So I'm going to be taking a bit of a break for the summer. My 2023 so far has been pretty hectic and submissions have been slower then usual. It seems life responsibilities have been consuming my time more than I like and that includes making new submissions with the characters I have created and I know some of you have come to love in my free time. I know this isn't news you may not want to hear but I'm dangerously burned out and need to take some time for me granted I'll be working on future submissions in my free time but I need these next 2 months just to focus on me and what I want to do including finishing my Pokemon Violet game which I've hardly had any time to play since I got it last Christmas among seeing my friends more and reconnecting with some other people that fell apart because of very personal reasons I don't really want to get into. So I hope you understand and I'll be back in September. Have an amazing Summer everyone and to my fellow Canadian Watchers Happy Canada Day!

So it has come to my attention a YouTube user that goes by the name of “Darin Widuck” has been posting videos with some of my Lion Guard/King pieces and not just mine but numerous others as well. Look… I don’t mind if someone asks me for my consent if they would like to use any of my pieces for a video they’re making but this certain individual didn’t ask for my permission and I’m certain they didn’t do the same and ask any of the other people involved and just they took their pictures without permission if they can use them or not. I’m going to leave a link to their channel and playlist and let me know if any of your stuff is in these videos so we can hopefully put a stop to this because what they’re doing isn’t cool. Also I would strongly advise you all share this journal just to get as many people as possible notified.

So after about an hour of going through each video I’ve found about 21 of my works stolen and used in these videos without my permission. I mean all this individual could have done was PM me asked if I could use this and this for a video I’m making but nope… They had to go through my profile and steal without my permission or acknowledgment. I’m officially going to report this person and see if I can get these videos taken down. In the meantime if you saw any of these pictures I linked down below in the videos know that these are mine and not Dairn’s.

Hi everyone a couple of months ago I decided to host my first contest to design a girlfriend for one of my OC's, Chiku. Chiku is my version of Kiara and Kovu's daughter and I haven't gotten many entries in the last little while. So I'm hoping by spreading the word through a journal maybe we can get a few more people to enter my contest. The original deadline was tomorrow but I figured with Valentine's around the corner February 15 is a much better deadline to have all entries done by.
